Narrow Lot House plans and More

There are several hoe plans that you can select from. One of them is the Narrow lot home plan. These home plans are designed just to fit on a small piece of land, generally not much bigger than 50'-0". These are mostly used in subdivisions.  The ones that have other houses closer to them in distance such as a packed area. These home plans have a good interior. Interior floor plans are very economic. These are a great choice for people who do not have large budget. So if you are a family with a small budget and looking for a new home, then subdivisions are the place to be, they are not really that close, but are very effective and good looking. These house plans are very good for your average sized family.
So, if you have a small price of land and you want to build your dream home then I would suggest you to go for narrow lot house plans. It is a great choice.
Types of house plans:
Ranch house floor plans: these floor plans are simple in design, they are very effective and with an emphasis on the efficient use space. They have open area from the inside, because of a few interior walls.
Ranch style homes: These have wooden floors and wood or brick exteriors. Ranch homes lack much decorative and are very detailed on the exterior. Windows are large and also have sliding doors.
Mediterranean style house plans: They are very low-pitched and have tile roof that is often red in color. (the color of clay).
·         Mediterranean-style homes are often stucco
·         These homes include arched windows and columns.
·         These are largely designed because of the climate.
The narrow lot homes are perfect fit for your small family. But be sure that the area you are moving must be very peaceful and not all full of noise and other pollutants. Check the area before you build a new home there.
You can build whatever you want, but make sure that you and your filmy are safe, both from the inside and the outside.
